Remote therapeutic monitoring · Youth mental health
Tunr is the longitudinal intelligence layer for youth mental health. We turn the music young people already listen to into continuous, clinical-grade signal — so care teams can see treatment adherence and emotional decline before the next appointment.
The problem
Youth don't open mental health apps, and they rarely say when things are getting worse. By the time symptoms surface in a session, the window for early intervention has closed.

They aren't using mental health apps. They're using music to cope. The behavior is already there — the insight isn't.
How it works
Youth listen the way they already do. A 30-second vibe check and a short music ritual turn passive listening into a daily, stigma-free touchpoint.
Tunr learns each person's emotional baseline from mood and energy check-ins, listening patterns and ritual adherence — then watches for meaningful deviation.
Care teams see adherence, trends and risk flags between visits, with tiered, consent-based escalation when a young person needs more support.

Clinical intelligence
Tunr ranks a caseload by change, not by appointment date. Clinicians open the week knowing who is drifting, who stopped engaging and who is on track.

Built on evidence
Brief, repeated check-ins surface symptom patterns that single visits miss.
Small, structured daily rituals counter the withdrawal spiral of depression.
Insights tuned to each young person's traits and current state, so they land.
